The original plan for our session was to spend all of our time shooting at Diamond Lake in Temecula, CA. When we arrived, a nice security officer let us know that the lake would be closing in 15 minutes. So we ran down the trail and snapped photos in record time (they killed it). Not wanting to waste a precious golden hour moment, we opted to drive down the highway to see if there was anything off the side of the road where we could continue our session. Amazingly enough I spotted a small dirt road opening right off the highway that led to the perfect mini pasture of green fields.
I guess when things don't go as according to plan, you find an even greater plan down the road.
